HEAD COACH LIZ HASTINGS:
15 time Pioneer Conference Coach of the Year Award Coach of the Year - Northeast Ohio District Swim Coaches Association Girls Division I Coach of the Year - The Plain Dealer Newspaper Girl’s High School Swimming Lake Erie Zone Team Coach, 2 times Most recently, Liz spent six months coaching in Arizona where she produced four Age Group State Meet champions and several more runner-ups helping to launch her team to the 34 th ranked swim club in the nation. Liz returns to the Lake Erie District where she is committed to coaching kids from all over as evidenced by developing high school swimmers that have represented Strongsville, N. Royalton, Magnificat, St. Ignatius, Brecksville-Broadview Hts., Padua and Parma. Liz coached in the Strongsville Swim League from 1990 to 1999 and was Head Coach of Strongsville High School Swimming & Diving for nine seasons. Outside of SWAT, she continues to offer her expertise to current SSL coaches and swimmers, adults, and triathletes through individual, small group, and whole team instruction.
